Why Animal Housing Matters at Mini Tails

Mini Tails is home to a growing family of rescued birds and rehabilitated native birds that need safe, comfortable housing to thrive. Our current facilities are not able to help us take in more critical cases and are limiting us to meet the birds’ needs, especially as we care for injured or rescued animals. Proper housing provides:

• Protection from harsh weather and predators

• Space for birds to exercise and socialize

• Environments that mimic natural habitats for better health

• More space for birds to decompress and relax into their new environment

  
  

We are still working hard to raise the final amount needed to complete this critical housing project. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to providing a safe home for these birds.
